We are delighted that you are interested in participating in the Ranney Middle School Model United Nations Conference. This event offers students the opportunity to engage in thoughtful debate, collaborate with peers, and experience the excitement of international diplomacy in a stimulating and educational environment.

How to Register

Step 1: Access the Registration Form

Step 2: Complete the Required Information
Please fill out each section of the registration form carefully. You will be asked to provide the following details:

School/Delegation Name: Enter your school’s full name.
Advisor Information: Include the faculty advisor’s full name, email address, and phone number.
Delegate Count: Indicate the total number of delegates who will be attending.
Delegate Information: List each delegate’s full name, grade, ON A SEPERATE FORM LINKED WITHIN THE PAYIT (if applicable)
Primary Contact Email: Provide an email address that is checked regularly. All confirmation materials and updates will be sent to this address.
- Must submit each delegate 1 by 1 resubmitting the form per delegate.

Step 3: Select Your Committees
If applicable, indicate your delegation’s preferred committees or topics on the form. Committee assignments will be determined based on availability and stated preferences (this will be done via email later).

Step 4: Review Your Information
Before submitting, review all information for accuracy. Correct spelling of names and up-to-date contact information will ensure that your registration is processed efficiently.

Step 5: Submit and Complete Payment
Once you have entered all information, submit the form and complete payment through the PayIt system. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

Important Information

After your registration is received, you will receive:

Committee assignments and schedules
Preparation materials and background resources
Updates regarding conference announcements, awards, and special events

Please note:
We are only accepting a maximum of 30 delegates per delegation. Spaces are limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged.

Pricing

Flat Rate: $300 per delegation (up to 15 students)
Additional Delegates: $25 per delegate for each participant beyond 15
