At Ranney Middle School Model United Nations, we celebrate the achievements of delegates who demonstrate outstanding preparation, diplomacy, and collaboration. Our awards recognize both individual excellence and delegation-wide accomplishment.

• Best Delegate: One student per committee will be honored as the Best Delegate for exceptional research, persuasive argumentation, and leadership throughout the conference.

• Honorable Mentions: Up to two additional delegates per committee may receive Honorable Mentions for their meaningful contributions, active participation, and engagement in committee discussions.

• Position Paper Award: Delegates who submit well-researched, clear, and compelling position papers may earn a Position Paper Award. The number of individual awards may vary depending on the size of the committee.

In addition to individual recognition, we also celebrate delegations’ achievements by size:

• Best Delegation: Awarded to the highest award-winning delegation

• Best Small Delegation: Awarded to the highest award-winning small delegation (15 delegates or below)
